GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Arco Point is located at Libaong, Panglao Island. The travel time is circa 15min by speedboat or Banca from Philippine Fun Divers. It is a wall dive and most interesting in between 10 – 15m. The shallow area is also perfect for snorkeling. The visibility is 10 – 25m. The depth range is 4 – 28m. Not interesting after 30m.
SPECIFIC DESCRIPTION:
We usually start the dive before the famous hole/cave wall on the right shoulder. The drift current is most of the time heading south. This hole is a cave-like opening in the wall starting at approximately 18m and ends up at a hole at approximately 8m. You can see through it until the top reef from the bottom of the cave.
MARINE LIFE:
Cardinal Fish, Sergeant Major Fish, White Eyed Moray Eel and Black Finned Snake Eel (inside the cave), Raggy Scorpion Fish, Groupers, Wrasse, Butterfly Fish, Angler or Frog Fish, Nudibranchs, and more.
